What is an AI agent, and can I have one built?
An AI agent is software that carries out a task on its own: it reads an email or document, decides what needs to happen and takes the next step in your systems. Yes, I build custom AI agents, in n8n or in Claude, connected to your existing software.
Is there Claude training for companies?
Yes. Greatness, from Ghent, gives Claude training for companies, in Dutch or English, on site at your premises. The training follows Anthropic's AI Fluency Framework, the basis of the Claude Academy, and goes from a first introduction to advanced use. If we also develop custom tools for you, we include them in the training.
What is an AI Opportunity Scan and what does it cost?

How much does a custom AI tool or an automation cost?
A custom skill or agent in your AI tool starts from €500. An automation between your existing systems starts from €2,000. After the intake or the AI Opportunity Scan, you get a price tailored to your use case. All prices are excl. VAT.
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot: which AI is best for my company?
I usually recommend Claude. If your team already works in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Copilot or Gemini are a plausible option, and ChatGPT is already familiar to many people. For research, Perplexity is strong, and Mistral is a promising European alternative. A good set-up and adoption matter more than the choice of tool.
Which tools and technology do you use to automate processes?
Usually n8n, a powerful European automation platform, comparable to Zapier, Make or Power Automate, but more flexible and stronger in combination with AI. If an application needs more, I set up a modern cloud database such as Supabase, or a graph database such as Neo4j, which keeps track of the connections between your data. We always start from the business problem, not from the technology.
Does AI help with business intelligence and reporting?
Yes. Your AI agent creates standard reports itself, with the figures from your various systems. If you already work with Power BI, Tableau or Qlik, the agent collects the data and prepares it in that tool. That way nobody has to retype or merge data any more.
Do I have to replace my current systems?
No. I put an AI and automation layer on top of your current systems. If you do want to replace something, you can come to me for advice: from quick feedback on a fast decision to a well-founded process, for example to replace Navision, an ERP system that is end-of-life.
A large part of our company runs on Excel. Will modernising be complicated for our people?

Can you connect AI to our ERP?
